I designed this poster for the Calgary Folk Music Festival to reflect the bold energy of summer concerts at Prince’s Island Park. The goal was to create something visually strong and emotionally charged, matching the festival’s mix of culture, community, and live sound.

Using high-contrast photography, vivid red-orange tones, and paint-stroke textures, I built a layout that feels both grounded and expressive. The typography was chosen to command attention while keeping the artist at the center of the design.

This piece celebrates music that moves people. Loud, proud, and ready to rock the park.
