Ka-Sushi

Ka-Sushi needed a menu that looked as good as their food tastes. This layout was designed to serve flavor and clarity in every section — from curated trays to sushi rolls — making it easy for customers to order, crave, and come back for more.

About The Project

This menu redesign was all about balance: visual flavor meets usability. I started with a content audit to reorganize the menu categories and prioritize key offerings like tray sets and platters. From there, I mapped out a multi-panel layout that could hold a lot of information while still feeling clean and craveable.

To guide the eye and highlight pricing, I used a bold hierarchy system, high-contrast color blocks, and consistent food imagery across sections. The custom illustrations, icons, and chopstick branding elements added personality without distracting from the dishes themselves.

The final design is structured, scroll-stopping, and easy to use — whether you’re ordering in-store or grabbing a copy to-go.
